10 grenelle for Ora-ïto

Paris

As part of Ora-ïto’s interior design team, I contributed to the comprehensive redesign of 30,000 m² of office space, including an auditorium and two restaurants. A key feature of the project is the striking central staircase, which serves as both a functional and sculptural element within the space.

Winding through four floors, the staircase is composed of wooden slats that seamlessly form both the railing and soffit. Its curved edges create a fluid, wave-like effect, enhancing the space’s dynamic character.

The restaurant, conceived as a tranquil oasis, features natural finishes and horizontal slats that define the space while optimizing acoustics. Inclined walls and articulated ceilings create a carefully controlled ambiance, offering a subtle contrast to the bright, open entrance.

To accommodate complex geometries, the project prioritizes adaptable materials, including reinforced plaster, poured rubber flooring, and acoustic plaster, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and comfort.
